Twenty UX deliverables

I just came across Peter Morville’s great article about UX deliverables. Since all projects and budgets are different all 20 might not be applicable to all projects but sertinly worth keeping in mind (and pick out the ones needed) when starting up a new project.
My space "Post It" is about the daily things I find interesting and want to remember for the future. It's a way for me to keep track of what I'm doing and use it again and again. It's also about being innovative, unique, and creating something worth talking about.
